City Hall Construction Work
to streamline customer service at the Public Service Centre on the first floor
of City Hall are underway, and a temporary centre has been set up in the
Douglas Street entrance foyer.
Residents are reminded that, in many instances, you can save yourself a trip to City Hall by accessing services online, including paying for parking tickets, disputing parking tickets, paying utility bills, paying for Business Licences, and accessing tender documents.
The Public Service Centre acts as the City's main customer service access point, providing general information, and facilitating a number of payment transactions, including parking tickets and property taxes. Inquiries related to development, permits and inspections, and business licensing can be addressed by staff in the second floor Development Centre, which is not affected by this renovation.
Construction is expected to be completed by the
summer of 2014. Thank you in advance for your patience.
