Sheltering Data
BC Housing and City staff presented Council with information on sheltering, including data on sheltering in parks, transitional housing and shelter spaces within the City. City staff, VicPD, and a number of agencies led by BC Housing are undertaking continued, targeted outreach to people experiencing homelessness in the City to establish their needs and connect them with services and available housing in the region. My Great Neighbourhood Grant Applications
All 21 grant applications received as part of the spring intake for the My Great Neighbourhood Grant Program were approved. A second intake period will open later this fall. Read the report

Risk Management Approach - Crystal Pool and Wellness Centre Replacement Project
Council participated in a workshop on key risk areas for the project and their associated mitigation strategies. Following the workshop, Council approved the risk management approach for the project and accepted the key risks and mitigation strategies outlined for the project.  Read the report

Rezoning Application for Johnson and Chambers
Following a public hearing Council has approved an application to rezone the property at 1144, 1148, 1152 and 1154 Johnson Street and 1406 Chambers Street, to allow for the construction of a 6-storey, 48 residential unit building. Read the report
