In an effort to encourage more vibrancy in our neighbourhoods and ensure that public spaces remain accessible, the City of Victoria is introducing new guidelines for sidewalk cafes and updating the bylaw that regulates them. Businesses and residents were invited to send in their feedback on the draft guidelines and bylaw by Friday, March 18. View Project
