Parking Offence Review Form

If you wish to dispute a City of Victoria parking ticket, please complete the Parking Offence Review Form below. You can do this online, by mail, or in person.

You can dispute a City of Victoria parking ticket using the fillable and savable form below, and attaching any supporting documentation in an email to reviewoffice@victoria.ca. There's no need to make a trip to City Hall or mail it in.

Here's how:

  1. Click on the above link.
  2. Type your information directly into the online form.
  3. Save the form to your computer
  4. Attach it to an e-mail with any photos and supporting documentation to: reviewoffice@victoria.ca

By Mail or in Person

You can also print and complete the form in writing and submit it with any supporting documentation by mail or in person.

Drop off in person: Weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the City of Victoria Parking Review Office, 16 Centennial Square, located across from City Hall

Response Time

Please allow up to 14 days for a City of Victoria representative to conduct the review. The amount owing will remain on hold until the review process is complete.
