Left: Architect John Teague’s residence "Rose Villa" at 1902 Cook Street in the 1890s. Teague designed and built this house in 1884. He also designed Victoria City Hall and served as Mayor from 1894 -1895. In 1959 the house was demolished for the expansion of Royal Athletic Park (CVA image M01023).
