Topaz Park Improvement Plan
Over the past year, the City of Victoria has been developing a Park Improvement Plan for Topaz Park, which will guide future park investment. The draft Plan is based on many inputs, including public feedback and the Parks and Open Spaces Master Plan. The massive response to the initial draft concepts, presented in December 2017, was an indication of how much Topaz Park is valued by citizens. For information on what is proposed, and details on how to provide feedback view the project here.
Draft Climate Leadership Plan

Crystal Pool and Wellness Centre Replacement Project
The Crystal Pool and Wellness Centre Replacement Project is entering the next phase of design refinement. The feedback that we hear from the community, along with best practices and trends in aquatic and recreation centre design, will advance the building and site design toward construction ready documents. View project to stay tuned for further engagement opportunities in Spring 2018.
