Plan. Grow. Play!
With the help of the community, we are creating a plan for managing and investing in our parks and open spaces over the next 25 years.
In 2016, we asked what you love about parks in Victoria and what you want to see in the future. Click here to view a summary of what we heard.
Based on your input, we developed a draft vision and a series of goals and actions to support the 25-year plan. Thank you for all of your feedback!
Your feedback on the draft vision, goals and actions will inform the Parks and Open Spaces Master Plan that will be presented to City Council in 2017.
The plan will identify a community vision for parks and open spaces in Victoria, and outline ways we can reach the goals the community has helped create. This could include introducing new amenities in existing parks, recommendations on how we can preserve natural areas or ways that we can bring more art and events into our open spaces.
