City Government Working For You: Council endorses new Customer Service Action Plan

City Council recently endorsed a new Customer Service Action Plan. The Action Plan outlines strategies designed to “save customers a trip” by maximizing online technology, simplifying business processes for greater processing accuracy and quality while focussing on value-added service enhancements.

Over 40 action items are focussed around three primary goals:

  • Maximize Customer's Ability to Access Information and Services
  • Design Business Processes with the Customer in Mind
  • Foster a “Customer-Focused” Organization
