Flag at Half-mast for Worker's Mourning Day

On Tuesday, April 28 the Canadian flag at City Hall and on all City buildings will be flown at half-mast to recognize the National Day of Mourning for Persons Killed or Injured in the Workplace (Worker’s Mourning Day). This national memorial day is an opportunity for Canadians to commemorate and remember workers killed, disabled or injured in the workplace, and workers afflicted with industrial disease.
