CRS 141 Index to Executive Committee minutes. -- 1952-1953. -- 0.01 m of textual records. Minutes for this committee of Council are not held by the City of Victoria Archives and Records Management Division.
Arranged chronologically by year, alphabetically within each year by first letter only, and numerically by minute number within each alphabetical section.
CRS 142 Index to Municipal Manager's reports to Council. -- 1954. -- 0.01 m of textual records. Series consists of an index to the Manager's reports to Council for January-April 1954, which are missing from CRS 22, file 213, 21 A 5-4 (Manager's operational files I).
Arranged alphabetically by first letter only, and chronologically by month within each alphabetical section.
CRS 143 Collector's roll. -- 1889-1916. -- 10.80 m of textual records (119 volumes). Series consists of information on property values and taxation rates compiled for the purpose of collecting taxes.

CRS 144 Demolished buildings plans. -- 1905-1996. -- 4716 architectural plans and 1419 items of textual records. Series consists of 1728 files pertaining to residential and commercial buildings demolished in Victoria. The files generally consist of architectural plans and supplementary textual records deposited with or created by the Engineering Department as part of the building permit approval process.

CRS 146 Greater Victoria Centennial Committee general office files. -- 1956-1959. -- 0.36 m of textual records. Series consists of office files generated by the directors of the Greater Victoria Centennial Committee under their mandate to organize and coordinate celebrations in Greater Victoria of the 1958 centenary of the founding of British Columbia. The majority of records deal with cooperative ventures between the Committee and cultural groups of the City. The remainder of records deal with the general administration of the Committee.
Records are arranged sequentially as new files were opened and numbered as needed.

CRS 147 Greater Victoria Centennial Committee minutes. -- 1956-1958. -- 0.02 m of textual records. Series consists of minutes of meetings of the Greater Victoria Centennial Committee under its mandate to organize and coordinate celebrations in Greater Victoria of the 1958 centenary of the founding of British Columbia.

Series consists of miscellaneous files produced by the Arena Commission, which oversaw the management and daily operation of Memorial Arena. Records include financial statements, reports on the Arena's structural integrity, and minutes of meetings.

CRS 150 Assessment roll. -- 1864-1916. -- 4.20 m of textual records (54 volumes). Series consists of assessments on real property and improvements compiled for the purpose of determining taxes. Available on microfilm.
