The Division is responsible for the planning, design, construction, use and maintenance of Parks and public open greenspace.

- Greenhouse Operation
- Parks Policy Development
- Residential Leaf and Branch Pickup Programs
- Landscape design, installation and maintenance
- Irrigation design and maintenance
- Hard landscape features and furniture maintenance
- Playground design, installation and maintenance
- Pond Management
- Scheduling and permitting of Parks facilities
- Natural areas management
- Communication with public regarding Park issues
- Ross Bay Cemetery maintenance and administration
- Composting facility
- Integrated Pest Management (IPM)
- Shoreline Development

To provide to the users, safe and accessible facilities within Parks and public open green spaces for passive and active recreational use and enjoyment
