Thank you for your interest in the Victoria Fire Department. We are a dynamic, professional organization that has been serving the needs of the community since 1858. Our firefighters work as a team, using their highly developed skills and abilities to provide critical, life-saving services in moments of need. Firefighting in Victoria is an exciting, ever-changing and highly rewarding occupation.

As employment vacancies within the Victoria Fire Department become available, they can be viewed here. The Department is not accepting applications for Firefighters at this time. The next Firefighter recruitment competition is expected to take place in Spring 2013.
