Meetings > Request to Address Council
There are four ways to submit your form to Legislative Services:
- Complete online and email to Council Secretary;
- Complete, print and drop it off at our office - Legislative Services, #1 Centennial Square, corner of Douglas and Pandora;
- Complete, print and mail to: Legislative Services, #1 Centennial Square, Victoria, BC V8W 1P6; or,
- Complete, print and fax to our office at 250.361.0348.
Effective September 1, 2009, please ensure Legislative Services receives your request no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day before the Council meeting you wish to appear.

- April 12, 26

- July 12, 26
- August 30
- September 13, 20
- October 11, 25
