Phase 3 – Implementation

Phase 3 of the project will involve putting into action the ideas which were developed in Phases 1 and 2. Implementation of the plan will likely include zoning changes, revised development permit guidelines and amendments to the Official Community Plan. The plan is also likely to include evaluation and monitoring tools, as well as identification of resources in the capital plan needed to facilitate implementation. The third phase is expected to commence in late 2007.
