Public Market Brochure

Public markets in Victoria add colour and flavour to our local economy, attracting residents and visitors from April through October each year. These markets also provide artisans and local growers opportunities to promote and sell produce and handcrafted goods in a vibrant atmosphere. For a list of Victoria public markets, see below.

Bastion Square Public Market

James Bay Community Market

Located five minutes from Victoria's Inner Harbour, the James Bay Community Market features produce, arts, food and live music with an emphasis on products that are homemade, handmade and homegrown.

Moss Street Market

Our vibrant community market provides local and organic produce and foods, handmade crafts, artisan clothing, inspiring services and community education to folks from the entire Greater Victoria area. Please join us in celebrating our 20th season!

Oaklands Community Farmers Market

Ship Point Night Market

Sunday Market in the Square

(formally Government Street Market)

Located in Centennial Square, the Sunday Market features an exciting array of locally created arts, crafts and fair trade imports. Our vibrant new Farmer's Market showcases a variety of locally grown fruits and vegetables, cheeses, jams, relishes, breads and much more. Experience Mexican Food, langoes, organic fudge, and specialty coffees while listening to live entertainment in the Square. There is something for everyone.

Victoria Downtown Farmers Market
