Public Hearing: 777 Herald Street – Development Permit with Variances Application
City Council approved an application to construct a 26-storey mixed-use building at 777 Herald Street with 176 residential units and one ground-floor commercial unit.

Public Hearing: 1928 Oak Bay Avenue – Development Permit with Variances Application
City Council approved an application to allow for a two-storey addition that will add seven units to the existing commercial building at 1928 Oak Bay Avenue.

Public Hearing: 1201 Fort Street and 1050 Pentrelew Place: Rezoning and Development Permit Variances Application
The public hearing was adjourned at shortly after 11 p.m. and will be reconvened on Thursday, April 26 at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers regarding the application to construct a six-storey residential building, a four-storey residential building, and nine townhouse units at 1201 Fort Street and 1050 Pentrelew Place.
