Public Hearing: 1122 Collinson Street - Rezoning Application
Following a public hearing, Council approved a rezoning application to rezone the property from the R1-B Zone to a site specific zone to allow for six self-contained dwelling units in an existing house conversion. You can read more about this application here. A zoning regulation bylaw was approved as well as a housing agreement bylaw for this address.
 

Opportunity for Public Comment: 632 Raynor Avenue - Development Variance Permit
Following a hearing, Council approved an application for a triplex conversion to allow a reduction to the parking requirement. 
 

Opportunity for Public Comment: 3147 Douglas Street - Development Variance Permit
Following a hearing, Council approved an application to reduce the minimum setback on the west side of the building for a cantilevered canopy. 
 

Public Hearing: 1201 Fort Street and 1050 Pentrelew Place - Rezoning Application and Development Permit with Variance
Following a public hearing (that took place over two Council meetings on April 12 and April 26), Council deliberated at the May 3 meeting and approved this rezoning application to construct a six-storey residential building, a four-storey residential building, and nine townhouse units.
