Following a Public Hearing, Council voted to approve a Rezoning Application and Development Permit with Variances for 736 Princess Avenue. This application will allow for construction of a six-storey, mixed-use building consisting of ground-floor commercial and 75 residential rental units above.

PUBLIC HEARING: 801 Bank Street: Development Variance Permit Application

Following a Public Hearing, Council voted to approve a Development Variance Permit for 801 Bank Street. This application will allow for placement of two temporary modular classroom buildings and one temporary gym building during the COVID-19 pandemic.
