Request to Address Council

Please be advised that due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, until further notice Request to Address Council submissions will be done remotely by telephone conference call. Staff will respond to your form submission with further details. 

 Meetings can be viewed on the City’s live stream webcast.

 

How to Submit a Request to Address Council

There are four ways to submit your form to Legislative Services:

  1. OnlineComplete online and email to Council Secretary;
  2. In Person: Complete, print and drop it off at our office - Legislative Services, #1 Centennial Square, corner of Douglas and Pandora;
  3. By Mail: Complete, print and mail to: Legislative Services, 1 Centennial Square, Victoria, BC V8W 1P6; or,
  4. By Fax: Complete, print and fax to our office at 250.361.0348.

Complete and submit your request to address Council to Legislative Services by 11:00 a.m. on the Wednesday the day before the scheduled meeting.  To ensure the Council receives your submission with their full agenda package, please submit it by 4:30 p.m. on the Monday two weeks before the Council meeting.  Requests received after this time will be added to the Amended Agenda produced the Wednesday immediately prior to the Council meeting.
