How a city provides services for its citizens, spends money, and sets priorities has a big impact on everyday life.
Our Strategic Plan
A Strategic Plan is the road map for Council's decision-making. In 2015, a four-year Strategic Plan was developed that includes 13 objectives and associated actions and outcomes to guide the City's work moving forward. The Strategic Plan was amended in February 2016, January 2017, and in January 2018 to reflect updates to progress made towards achieving the City's objectives.
