Businesses and non-profit organizations are invited to attend this session to learn about waste reduction from leaders in the food service sector and non-profits operating in Victoria, BC.
Seven speakers will share information and their experiences on this topic. Attendees can ask questions, and network with other business owners and organizations who are taking steps to reduce waste. Enjoy complimentary coffee and pastries made by local food-service establishments. This is also a great opportunity to ask City staff any questions about proposed Single-Use Item Reduction regulations.
