Waste Collection Cancelled Dec. 20 and 23 Due to Snow

The City is rescheduling waste collection for residents whose garbage and organics was not collected on December 20 and 23, 2022 due to weather conditions.

All residents that experienced these cancellation of service on December 20 will receive collection of garbage and organics on their next regularly scheduled collection day.

Residents who experienced this missed service on December 20 and 23 can put out double the amount of garbage as they normally do. Please put this extra garbage in a durable black or white garbage bag and ensure it does not weigh over 30 pounds. Please ensure your grey and green bin lids are fully closed.

If you have extra garbage and need to dispose of it before January 6, Ellice Recycle and Hartland Landfill accept garbage loads for a fee.
