Today is National Indigenous Peoples Day. It’s an opportunity to recognize, celebrate and learn more about the Lekwungen lands on which we live, work and play.
Victoria Reconciliation Dialogues
To help build your understanding of reconciliation, check out the Victoria Reconciliation Dialogues series of community conversations online.
The Dialogues provide opportunities for Indigenous and non-Indigenous people to come together to share their ideas and stories, and explore how we as a community can make the culture, history and modern reality of local Indigenous Peoples become present and apparent throughout the city, and understood and valued in people’s everyday lives.
