ConnectVictoria App
ConnectVictoria is a smartphone app available for both iOS and Android.
The app was created to take online connection points on the City’s website and to provide them in an easily accessible mobile app. ConnectVictoria will allow residents to search for jobs, latest news, media releases, events, contact information and submit a service request through their mobile device.
The service request function allows residents to report potholes, street light outages and other issues right from the app. Residents can take a picture of the issue, pinpoint it on a map, and submit directly to staff from their phone.
The app can be found in the iTunes or Google Play app stores under the name ConnectVictoria.
