The Archives has a photographic collection of thousands of images from a wide variety of sources.
**Please note that orders placed after December 13th will not be fufilled until the new year**
High quality prints of photographs and documents are available for purchase through the Archives. Reproductions are printed on photographic paper in four standard prints sizes (larger sizes available by request). Please note that reproductions are provided for personal research and enjoyment only. If you want to use an image for some other purpose, please see the “Use of Images” section.
To order a print, you’ll need an image number (such as “M00123” or “198608-03-1781” or “PR 73-4950”). If you don’t have the image number, please contact us.
Orders can be placed at the Archives. If you’re unable to visit us in person, you can submit your request via email/mail/fax by completing and returning our Image Reproduction Order Form below. Once we receive your request, we’ll contact you regarding payment details.
Photograph reproduction prices are as follows:

Please note, these prices don’t include taxes. All orders must be pre-paid.
Archives images are free to use for personal research and enjoyment.
Images are also free to use for a variety of non-commercial purposes; however, you do need to obtain permission from the Archives in advance.
Commercial uses also require permission and licensing fees will apply. Please familiarize yourself with our Licensing Fee Schedule [PDF - 69 KB].
To apply for permission to use an Archives image for either non-commercial or commercial purposes, please complete and return the Application for Permission and Licensing Agreement below in advance of your project (see sample form [PDF - 532 KB]). Once your application has been received you’ll receive written confirmation of approval. You’ll also be notified of any applicable licensing fees, which must be paid before images can be used.
