Case Studies

These case studies illustrate a number of completed projects assisted by the Tax Incentive Program.

They show photographs of the heritage buildings prior to their rehabilitation and of the interiors of new apartments created. Project costs and seismic upgrading costs are also provided. These new residential units are breathing new life and vibrancy into Victoria's Downtown core, while preserving its historic character.
