Bastion Square Parkade Rooftop

Three emerging Victoria artists will talk about their experiences in creating public art at the Create Victoria Mixer + Artist Talk on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 from 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. on the rooftop of the Bastion Square Parkade at 575 Yates Street.

The free event will include a panel discussion featuring local artists Fern Long, Joshua Ngenda and Austin Clay Willis, moderated by local artist Amanda Farrell-Low. Participants will have the opportunity to network and speak with the City’s Arts, Culture and Events staff about future public art opportunities.

The Create Victoria Mixer + Artist Talk will precede the Eventide Music Series concert finale, with Slam Dunk, Black Belt Eagle Scout, Kirsten Ludwig, and Numbing performing from 6 – 9 p.m. on the parkade rooftop. The evening will include a food vendor and beverage area.
