SPRE works to mitigate the effects of the real estate market on non-profit and social enterprise organizations and focuses its efforts on capacity building, research, policy and partnership development.

You are invited to participate in a free capacity building workshop Understanding the Financial Aspects of Renting, Leasing and Licensing Space. People in leadership positions in non-profits or social enterprises are invited to learn more about the costs of renting, leasing and licensing and how to protect your organization from added expenses.
