How to Book a Visit

Registration remains open for February pool and fitness visits, and to register for an upcoming recreation program at Crystal Pool and Fitness centre. Registration for March pool and fitness visits opens on February 16 at 9 a.m.

  1. How do I search for a time to book a swim or a workout?

     Search for an activity in one of two ways:

    • Use the Search function on the Programs and Registration page. You can search by entering a keyword in the search field.
    • Navigate through Drop In Access to find a swim time, aquafit, fitness access or group fitness class to attend.  You can refine your search using the filters.

  2. How do I register for a swim or a workout?

  3. How do I search for an activity?

    Step 1. Find and select a program using one of two ways:

      • Navigate through programs under the main categories: Aquatics, Preschool, Child & Youth, Adult & Senior or Arena. You can refine your search using the filters: Age, Day of the Week and Date Range.

    Step 2. Login or Create Account

    Step 3. Attendees Screen: Select family member(s) you would like to book and click “Next”

    Step 4. Review Screen: Review your Cart Summary and select “Checkout”

    Step 5. Payment Screen: Enter payment information and “Complete” the transaction

  4. Where do I login?

    To Login to your account, click on the Login or Create Account. This link is also found on the main Recreation page: Victoria.ca/recreation

  5. Do I need to have an account to search for programs?

    No. You can navigate through the system without having an account, or being logged in. You will only be prompted to log-in or create an account when you register for a program.

  6. Will I be able to register for a membership?

    Yes. 10 visit passes are available. Timed passes are not available currently while we use the booked time model. Please follow these steps:

    1. Create or log-in to your account. Click here
    2. Hover over the ‘My Profile’ button at the top left
    3. Select Membership from the drop-down options
    4. Choose the type of membership
  7. What will happen if I try to register for an activity that is full?

    You will not be able to register for a course that is full, but you can add yourself to a waiting list.

    If a space opens for that activity or additional sessions are added, you will be contacted by phone. If we are unable to reach you, your space will be given to the next person on the waiting list. Placement on a waiting list does not guarantee a spot.

  8. How do I know when I have successfully registered for a program, class, or activity?

    You have successfully registered for a program, class, or activity when you click the “Checkout” button on the payment screen.  You will receive a confirmation email with all of the details.

    You can also view all of your client info by clicking on the “My Profile” button found at the top left.

  9. I have an account, but I can’t log in.

    If you have an account but are locked out, please call 250-361-0732 for your account to be reset.

  10. I have an account, but I can’t see the course I registered for.

    There is a possibility of having multiple accounts using different email addresses.

    If you think this might be the case, please contact the front desk at 250-361-0732 to have the accounts merged. In the case of a merge, front desk staff will resend the up-to-date login information.
