Summit Park is seeking your input, October 5-26, 2018
Summit Park is a 4.48 hectare community park with one of the largest remaining stands of Garry oak ecosystems in the City of Victoria. The small playground at Summit Park was installed in 1975, and will be replaced in 2019. The playground consists of swings and a small climber.
Improvements in Summit Park are guided by the Summit Park Management Plan (2011). The plan recommends upgrading the playground in its current location, and selecting new play equipment in colours that blend into and enhance the beautiful natural setting of this ecological area. Here is the timeline for this playground renewal project.
Please complete the online survey and have your say on what you want to see in the playground area at Summit Park! What features would you like to see? What equipment should we incorporate into the new design?
How to share your feedback:
- Pick up a survey at the playground (large sign with survey boxes near existing playground)
