Sewer is based on your metered water consumption. The sewer rate is multiplied by the number of units of water measured. 1 unit of water billed = 1 unit of sewer billed, 1 unit = 100 cubic feet or 623 gallons or 2,832 litres.

January 1 – May 31: $2.62/unit (non-summer month rate)

June 1 – September 30: $1.83/unit (summer month rate)
Summer rates are lower than non-summer rates to compensate for lawn and garden watering.

October 1 - December 31: $2.62/unit (non-summer month rate)
