Robert Cameron Law Cycling Series is June 7 - 9

The Robert Cameron Law Cycling Series takes place on Friday, June 7 and Sunday, June 9 in Victoria.

Presented by Jim Pattison Lexus of Victoria, the event is one of the most prestigious competitive cycling racing events in Western Canada with over 5,000 spectators in attendance and 300+ athletes competing.

This weekend's event consists of three races; two are in Victoria.

Veloguide Time Trial

Friday, June 7
4 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Dallas Road (Between Douglas and St. Charles Streets)
and Clover Point
During this Time Trial event, each cyclist rides individually about one minute apart on a 6.5-kilometre course.

Clover Point and Dallas Road between Douglas and St. Charles Streets will be closed to all vehicle traffic on Friday, June 7 from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. to accommodate the event.

NOTE: As this is a full road closure, parking will not be permitted on the course during the race. Parked vehicles will be towed.

Russ Hays Grand Prix

Sunday, June 9
8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Various Downtown Streets
This race takes place on a closed course, designed for various ages and abilities, and includes a fun, non-competitive lap around the course for kids ages 3 - 10.

Roads surrounding the BC Legislature will be closed to all vehicle traffic and parking will be removed along Belleville, Government, Superior and Menzies Streets to accommodate set-up and the race on Sunday, June 9 from 3 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Traffic southbound on Government Street will be directed east on Belleville Street.

To access the Blackball Ferry and Hotel Grand Pacific area, please head south on Government, turn west on Michigan, south on Menzies and west on Superior Streets.
