About

A collection of performances that forge new pathways for spiritual healing, SUPERNOVA features Indigenous contemporary song, dance and storytelling that examine relationships with traditional creation stories and mythology, in addition to contemporary stories of re-newal, re-visioning and the re-creation of Indigenous worldviews.

SUPERNOVA pushes the boundaries of European-based status quo and colonial expectations of performing arts by showcasing the powerful contributions of Indigenous Peoples in Canada. View the poster [PDF - 4.5 MB].
