10-Year OCP Update Nearing Final Stages
Changes to policies, design guidelines and regulations that guide development are being considered through the 10-Year OCP Update. If approved, these changes will impact development processes and requirements for all properties in Victoria.

Subdivision may require works and services along the property being subdivided, and applications should be submitted with a preliminary site service plan to demonstrate how the new property (and existing) is served by utilities. Site servicing plan, and drawing guidelines are available below.
Under the B.C. Environmental Management Act, you need to submit a Site Disclosure Statement with your subdivision application.
