The City of Victoria is partnering with BC Housing to create a new shelter at 2920 Bridge Street as part of its continued actions and investments in community safety and wellbeing.

BC Hydro is replacing an aging underground cable to ensure reliable power supply, enhance seismic resilience and address environmental risks.

Belleville Terminal Redevelopment

The Province of B.C. is replacing the Belleville Terminal to provide a safe and secure, modern, inclusive international port of entry and terminal facility that responds to current and long-term needs.

CRD Trestles, Trails and Lighting Improvements

The Capital Regional District is upgrading key sections of the Galloping Goose Trail to improve safety, comfort and accessibility. Work includes trestle resurfacing, pathway widening and new lighting.

Japanese Canadian Monument Park

The Province of B.C. is building a monument park and Japanese garden to acknowledge Japanese Canadian internment and honour those who were wrongly displaced in the 1940s.

926/930 Pandora Avenue

BC Housing is building 205 supportive and affordable rental homes at 926/930 Pandora Avenue in partnership with the City of Victoria and the Capital Region Housing Corporation. The building also includes a 16,000 sq. ft. community space.
