Festivals & Events

High quality festivals and celebrations contribute to a community's well-being and economic health. The support of arts, culture and tourism is a key goal of the City’s Create Victoria Arts and Culture Master Plan.

CityVibe

CityVibe is Victoria’s guide to summer festivals and outdoor events happening throughout the city. CityVibe includes events and festivals that receive the City's annual Festival Investment Grant.

Within the guide, you'll find listings for Victoria's public markets, museums and galleries. You'll also find information on free concerts and children's entertainment. The guide includes details on the drop-in arts programming at the Cameron Bandshell in Beacon Hill Park.

CityVibe is an online, interactive guide, available on all devices. The guide allows you to search for events, music and other cultural activities by theme or month. It’s also printer friendly. If you would like, a printed copy of CityVibe will be available at City Hall. Posters and rack cards with the QR code will be available at recreation centres, libraries, hotels and other venues around town.
