Crystal Pool and Fitness Centre is currently closed, all programs and services are cancelled until further notice
The City of Victoria is committed to the health and well-being of our community. To limit the spread of COVID-19, we have taken proactive measures to close facilities and put a hold on programming during this time.
For updates regarding programs, services, and facility operations, please visit this page regularly.
All Spring programs have been cancelled and refunds processed appropriately. New programs scheduled to start within the next 30 days will be delayed or cancelled. Course changes will be provided by email to those affected. Where programs are cancelled, refunds will be processed to credit cards in most cases. Cheques will be mailed where original payments were processed by cash and debit.
All annual and regional passes will be extended by the closure length.
If your preference is to receive a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Monthly payments have been suspended for passes on scheduled payments.
Annual locker rentals will be credited when the duration of the closure is determined.
No action is required for L.I.F.E. Program passes.
All field permits have been cancelled effective March 16, 2020. Please contact email@example.com to coordinate account adjustments.
RECREATION UPDATE: Starting May 14, the City is reopening tennis and pickleball courts, sports fields, and skate and bike parks as part of a phased return to outdoor recreation facilities. At this time, close-contact recreation facilities remain closed, including playgrounds, basketball courts, outdoor gyms and the Crystal Pool and Fitness Centre. Learn more.
All courts and sports fields are available on a first come first served basis for casual or passive use. The City is not issuing field or court permits at this time.
Open spaces and trails in City parks remain open for people to get outdoors while maintaining the required physical distance.
While we are not currently accepting registrations, the 2020 Spring + Summer Active Living Guide is still available for viewing to see the types of programs typically on offer.
