Housing

Safe, affordable and appropriate housing means housing that accommodates our needs at a cost we can afford. No matter what our specific needs, housing is a human right, and every Victorian deserves a safe and affordable place to live.

The City of Victoria has a number of strategies, initiatives and programs in place that address residents’ need for housing. These are based on the objectives outlined in the City’s guiding documents, including the Official Community Plan.
