Start planning your winter recreation activities with us! Program information and drop-in schedules will be available starting Wednesday, November 30. Registration for winter programs will open Monday, December 5 at 7 a.m. Check back here for updates.

Swim Lesson Update

Crystal Pool and Fitness Centre is transitioning to Lifesaving Society Swim for Life lessons in January 2023. As part of a change across Canada, the Red Cross is ending its Swimming and Water Safety program and transitioning lessons to the Lifesaving Society.

Swim lessons at Crystal Pool and Fitness Centre will continue to be available every day of the week. You will not be required to re-take lessons. View the swim lesson conversion chart to find out which level you should register in next.

Service Update: Remembrance Day

Crystal Pool and Fitness Centre will be closed on Friday, November 11 for Remembrance Day.

Crystal Pool and Fitness Centre

The City of Victoria's fitness and aquatics centre is located at 2275 Quadra Street. Enjoy our 50-metre pool, two warm pools, 160-foot water slide, hot tub, weight room, cardio area and more.

COVID Safety

Effective March 11, 2022, face coverings are optional at Crystal Pool and Fitness Centre. Learn more at gov.bc.ca/covid19restrictions. People may continue wearing a mask based on personal choice. Please do not visit the facility if you have symptoms of cold or flu or you feel unwell.

Public safety is our top priority and your ongoing cooperation is appreciated in following public health orders.

Passes and Fees

Passes are available at Crystal Pool and Fitness Centre, including annual, monthly, and 10-punch options. Save money and come for a swim or a workout as often as you like. 

Fees are effective as of April 11, 2022 and include taxes.

Regional Passes are issued on an annual basis only - no refunds or cancellations.

We have all the great cardio and weight training equipment you need to meet your fitness goals. During your fitness visit you will have access to the weight room, fit pit, fitness loft and various cardio equipment around the mezzanine.

Personal Training

Our knowledgeable, positive and energetic trainers will work with you to design a custom program to help you reach your fitness goals. Please contact Jeremy Dillon jdillon@victoria.ca or call 250.361.0391 to register. Sessions will take place at Crystal Pool and Fitness Centre.
