Crystal Pool & Fitness Centre

The City of Victoria's fitness and aquatics centre is located at 2275 Quadra Street. Crystal Pool and Fitness Centre provides a wide range of recreation services and amenities for people of all ages, interests and fitness levels.

Passes and Fees

Passes are available at Crystal Pool and Fitness Centre, including annual, monthly and 10-punch options. Save money and come for a swim or a workout as often as you like. Regional passes are issued on an annual basis only — no refunds or cancellations. Please note: Children five years old and under are free.

  • The Regional Recreation Pass is an annual pass that allows drop-in to 14 Greater Victoria recreation centres. LIFE Passes are available for eligible low-income individuals and families. Code of Conduct

Safety and respect is everyone’s responsibility. The City of Victoria is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Abusive, disrespectful, threatening or violent language or actions by anyone will not be tolerated. Any behavior or action deemed to violate the Code of Conduct may lead to disciplinary action including verbal or written warnings, access restrictions or loss of facility access.

Refund Policy

If you wish to withdraw from a program it must be done before the second class for a prorated refund or credit to be issued. After the second class, refunds will only be issued for illness or compassionate reasons and must be approved by a programmer. One or two-day programs require 72 hours’ notice before program start to request a refund or credit. All camps require seven days’ notice in order to receive a refund or credit.
