Surface Parking Lots
Three surface parking lots provide daily parking downtown.
- Wharf Street Lot - 900 Wharf Street
- Royal Athletic Park Lot - 940 Block of Caledonia Street
- Royal Theatre Lot - 810 Courtney Street
NOTE: Pay parking is in effect 24/7 at City surface parking lots, including Sundays and statutory holidays.
Wharf Street Parking Lot
This surface parking lot contains 150 stalls and is located next to Harbour Air below Wharf Street.

Royal Athletic Park Lot
To make parking easier, the Royal Athletic Park surface parking lot is now pay-by-space parking. Please remember your parking space number to pay using the ParkVictoria app or at the lot's pay station. You can pay and go. There's no need to display the ticket in your vehicle.

This surface parking lot contains 220 stalls and is located next to Royal Athletic Park. It includes three designated motorcycle and seven accessible parking spaces. The rates below apply to vehicles and motorcycles.
