The applicant represents and warrants that it has the legal authority to carry out the proposed capital improvements at the project location. Where the applicant is the registered owner of the lands, the applicant confirms its ownership and authority to undertake the proposed improvements.

Where the applicant is not the registered owner, the applicant represents and warrants that it has obtained, or will obtain prior to commencing the project, all necessary consents, permissions, licences, and authorizations from the registered owner(s) and any other required parties to undertake and complete the proposed improvements, and will provide evidence of such consents upon request.

The applicant further certifies that all information provided in this application, including any supporting documentation, is true, complete, and accurate in all material respects. The applicant acknowledges that the provision of false or misleading information may result in disqualification, repayment of funds, or termination of any resulting grant agreement.

The undersigned certifies that they are duly authorized to submit this application on behalf of the applicant society and to bind the society to the terms and conditions of this application and any resulting grant agreement. The undersigned further represents and warrants that all necessary approvals, resolutions, and authorizations required under the society’s bylaws and applicable law have been obtained to permit the submission of this application and the execution and performance of any agreement arising from it.
