Why It Matters
Safe and accessible arts and culture spaces are vital for creativity, community and economic growth. These spaces support artists, provide gathering places and contribute to local tourism.

Past recipients include the White Eagle Polish Association, the Belfry Theatre, Victoria Conservatory of Music, Theatre SKAM, the Bayanihan Cultural and Housing Society and other arts and culture facility operators across the city.

The Cultural Infrastructure Grant aligns with the City’s Create Victoria Arts and Culture Master Plan (2017) and Victoria Music Strategy (2021) which aim to build a vibrant cultural ecosystem.
