TC10K: What You Need to Know

The TC10K is happening Sunday, April 26. 
Whether you're running, cheering or just trying to get around town, here’s what you need to know to stay ahead of the crowds and closures. 

When:

  • The main race starts at 8:15 a.m.
  • The family run starts at 10:45 a.m.


What’s happening:

The event includes a 10 km run/walk and a post‑race festival on the Legislature lawn and along Belleville Street.

Where:

Race routes and related activities take place in downtown Victoria, Fairfield and James Bay. 

Getting there:

  • People attending are encouraged to walk, cycle or take transit.
  • A free bike valet will be available in the parking lot at Menzies and Superior Street, near the start line.

Road closures and parking:

  • Road closures and traffic delays will be in effect in and around the event area throughout the morning.
  • Temporary no-parking zones will be marked with signs along the race route and enforced with tow-away.
