Good luck to all the TC10K participants on Sunday, April 30!
The event includes a 10 km walk/run, 1.5 km Family Fun Run and a post-race festival on Belleville Street and the Legislature lawn.

Where:
The event will take place downtown, Fairfield and in James Bay. 

Getting to and from the event:
Visitors are encouraged to walk, cycle or take transit.
Please expect road closures and some traffic delays in the area.

Parking:
Parking closures on the race route will be in effect from 12:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 30. All cars parked on the race route during this time will be towed at the owner’s expense based on event signage.

Road closures:
Please be aware of these road closures:

The Route

  • The 10K route starts at Government and Superior, heading north on Government, east on Yates, south on Cook, east on Richardson, south on Moss, east on May, south on Memorial to Dallas Road. The course then continues along Dallas, finishing between Hotel Grand Pacific and Menzies Street.

The Start and Finish Area

  • The TC10K start area at Government and Superior will be closed from 5 a.m. until 9 a.m. on Sunday April 30 (between Superior and Government).
  • The finish line area on Belleville between Oswego and Government, including Menzies from Belleville to Quebec will be as follows:
    1. Belleville between Menzies and Government will be closed from midnight on Saturday, April 29 until 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 30.
    2. Belleville between Oswego and Menzies will be closed from 5 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Sunday, April 30.
    3. Menzies between Quebec and Belleville will be closed from 3 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 30.

All Race Intersections

  • All intersections along the race route will be closed.
  • Roads inside of the race route will remain open, but motorists will have to cross the route at intervals from the direction of the police, until roads reopen.
  • Pedestrians will still be able to cross the course, though there may be some delays.

Roads and parking will be reopened by VicPD when it is safe to do so as runners move through the route.
