What's Up At Council? isour bi-weekly video series that gives you a glance at what's coming up for discussion and decision making at evening meetings of Council. 

This is the last episode of What's Up at Council? for this term. 

This week's edition highlights public hearings for land use in the Downtown, James Bay, Hillside-Quadra neighbourhoods and an update to the industrial zones contained in the Zoning Regulation Bylaw to ensure efficient use of scarce industrial lands.

Childminding at Council Meetings

The City offers free childminding services during evening Council meetings to help more people participate in local government. Drop off your children ages six months and older for up to two hours of complimentary childcare while you attend an evening Council meeting. Learn more about childminding services during Council meetings.

Who Voted for What?

You can see and track Council voting records at the click of a mouse with the Council Meeting Dashboard. The dashboard makes it easy to see how members of Council voted on a particular motion and gives you more tools to access and analyze information about decisions that impact you. The dashboard begins at the start of Council’s four-year term in November 2018.
