Project scope

Upgrades include new crosswalks, transit and accessibility improvements, bike and roll lanes, new trees, stormwater infrastructure, road paving and new traffic signals. Bike and roll lanes will connect to the existing AAA network. Construction is scheduled to start in 2026. 

Pandora Ave.: Cook to Fort St.  
Begbie-Shelbourne St.: Johnson to Haultain St.  

Why now?

These street upgrades address road maintenance needs and align with priorities and directions in GoVictoria, the City's long-term transportation plan.
