Cecelia Ravine Park Underground and Surface Upgrades

Project status
Planning

Project scope

The City will be upgrading aging sanitary sewer pipes that are at the end of their life, while the CRD is widening and adding lighting to the Galloping Goose Regional Trail to support growing demand. Coordinating these projects minimizes long-term disruption in the park.

The project is expected to be completed in spring 2027.

Why now?

The City is upgrading the sewer in advance of the trail widening and lighting project to minimize construction impacts and reduce overall disruption in the park.
