Canadian Flag at Half-Mast to Mark Death of Former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney

The Canadian flag will be flown at half-mast at City Hall from now until sunset on March 23, 2024,  to mark the death of former Prime Minister, the Right Honourable Martin Brian Mulroney, P.C., C.C., G.O.Q.
