Due to the ongoing freezing temperatures and snow, the City’s overnight emergency warming centre will be open Wednesday night.
The warming centre will be open tonight from 8:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Thursday at the Cook Street Village Activity Centre, 380 Cook St.
City warming centres are opened when all other shelters are full, exposure risks are active and there are people in need with nowhere else to seek shelter.
